As a partner in the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies (BC GCT), we are actively shaping the future of gene and cell therapies and the expansion of state-of-the-art GMP production capacities in Berlin.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a working student on a part-time basis with a scope of 15–20 hours per week. The position is initially limited to one year.

• Support in the digitization and automation of HR processes in the personnel management system rexx
• Support in the introduction, further development, and maintenance of digital HR tools and self-service solutions
• Take over administrative tasks in the HRIS and ensure high data quality and system updates
• Maintain master data, workflows, role and permission concepts, as well as system-related documentation

• Student in the field of business administration, business informatics, psychology, or similar fields, preferably with an HR or IT focus.
• Initial experience in human resources, HR administration, HRIS environment, or support of corporate software
• Interest in digital HR processes, automation, and modern HR technologies
• A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork in HR and the ability to understand different user situations to find practical solutions
• Ideally, experience with an HRIS, ATS, or other digital HR tools
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
